Responsibilities
- Implement technical solutions based on business requirements and estimate effort and impact.
- Build, refactor, test, deploy, and monitor scalable software applications and services.
- Deliver product features, infrastructure automation, frameworks, tooling, and other technical capabilities.
- Own services end to end, including application health monitoring, production operations, incident response, and reliability improvements.
- Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and other colleagues on technical design, prioritization, and implementation.
- Provide architectural guidance and design adaptable solutions for current and future business needs.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in full-stack web application development.
- Expertise with one or more server-side programming languages, including Node.js or Java; Node.js is preferred.
- Strong proficiency with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Vue.js, or Angular; React is preferred.
- Extensive experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL and familiarity with NoSQL databases.
- Experience implementing microservices and microfrontends.
- Experience with horizontal platform products is a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
- Working knowledge of cloud environments, preferably AWS.
- Ability to design software systems, manage production incidents, improve reliability, and communicate technical decisions effectively.
