Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and deployment of software systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and solve business-critical problems.
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Make architectural decisions that balance speed, quality, and maintainability.
- Improve existing systems using AI-first approaches to enhance efficiency.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on end-to-end solutions.
- Proficiency in Ruby on Rails or similar tech stacks like Python/Django or JavaScript/Node.js.
- Experience with testing, monitoring, and running production software systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to various project types.
- Familiarity with AI coding tools and a willingness to experiment with new technologies.
