Responsibilities

Work with a mentor to accomplish established goals that support the business and provide learning opportunities.
Complete innovative technical assignments in areas including new product introduction, product improvement, modeling and simulation, advanced development, sourced products, software development, and FirstBuild.
Attend development and training sessions to improve technical knowledge and professional skills.
Participate in networking and community volunteer projects.

Currently enrolled in an accredited university and pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering or Software Engineering.
Expected graduation date of May 2028 or later.
Cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
Legal authorization to work in the country or region where the business is hiring.
Preferred qualifications include the ability to complete two or more co-op rotations, related coursework, strong interpersonal and communication skills, analytical ability, eagerness to learn, and passion for engineering.

Fall 2027 co-op term runs from August 16, 2027 through December 10, 2027.
Position is based in Louisville, Kentucky.
Housing and relocation assistance is available for eligible students.
Flexible work arrangements may be developed with the leader based on individual, team, and organizational needs.
Mentorship, professional development, training, networking, community volunteer projects, and optional social activities are available.
