Responsibilities
- Work with a mentor to accomplish established goals that support the business and provide learning opportunities.
- Complete innovative technical assignments in areas including new product introduction, product improvement, modeling and simulation, advanced development, sourced products, software development, and FirstBuild.
- Attend development and training sessions to enhance technical knowledge and professional development.
- Participate in networking and community volunteer projects.
- Participate in optional lunches, weekend activities, sports, cookouts, and other events.
Requirements
- Be currently enrolled in an accredited university and pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering or Software Engineering.
- Have a graduation date of May 2028 or later.
- Maintain a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States and maintain that authorization without current or future employer or school sponsorship.
- Having two or more co-op rotations before graduation is desired.
- Related coursework, strong interpersonal and communication skills, solid analytical skills, a desire and ability to learn, and a passion for engineering are desired.
