Responsibilities
- Write readable, testable, and efficient code in Go.
- Build expertise in the technology stack to deliver new features and improve system stability.
- Collaborate with engineering and product leaders to set the technical direction for projects.
- Evaluate and document technical architecture, tools, and processes.
- Maintain software quality and implement automation for continuous delivery.
- Mentor and coach engineers on system design and problem-solving.
Requirements
- Extensive experience writing efficient, maintainable code in Go.
- Broad knowledge of backend and frontend systems, including APIs and security protocols.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Proven ability to take ownership of key features and drive end-to-end development.
- Commitment to software quality and test automation.
- Hands-on experience as a backend or product engineer in a SaaS company.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
