Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery, architecture design, demos, and end-to-end evaluations to validate GitLab's platform.
Drive AI-focused solution strategy and competitive positioning.
Own technical strategy and influence Customer Success Plans for assigned accounts.
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing.
Provide advanced technical guidance during the pre-sales cycle.
Translate customer feedback into product requirements and improvements.
Create and share reusable technical assets to scale impact.
Mentor other Solutions Architects and contribute to global initiatives.

Expertise in GitLab's product and customer personas.
Deep hands-on experience with AI and AI-powered solutions.
Experience in technical pre-sales or software consulting.
Practical background in modern software development and DevSecOps practices.
Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and architectures.
Ability to design and explain technical architectures across the software lifecycle.
Skill in leading technical evaluations and workshops.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Openness to learning and growth, with transferable experience encouraged.
