Responsibilities
- Lead complex AI-driven Taktile deployments in production across multiple customer deployments.
- Scope Agentic AI use cases, design solution architectures, develop decision logic, and deploy production-grade Generative AI agents.
- Align with technical and business stakeholders to solve customer challenges and deliver rapid time to value.
- Sequence delivery, remove blockers, and balance scope, speed, and quality for timely project delivery.
- Partner with product management to turn customer needs into actionable product and roadmap insights.
- Develop reusable resources, best practices, and tools to scale the forward deployed engineering function.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of engineering or technical deployment experience, including customer-facing work.
- Strong technical background, preferably in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or Data Science.
- Production-grade Python and SQL development and review experience.
- Strong command of REST API design and integrations.
- Experience building AI applications in financial services is preferred but not required.
- Experience applying and optimizing statistical and machine learning models is preferred but not required.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work from the Berlin or London office at least three days per week in a hybrid model.
