Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance custom software components and applications.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team to perform effectively.
- Make team decisions and provide solutions across immediate and multiple teams.
- Lead process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication.
- Apply debugging, testing, and performance-tuning practices to Java applications.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Standard Edition.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Experience with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Familiarity with debugging, testing, performance tuning, version control systems, and collaborative development tools.
