Base Salary
$44k - $88k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop software under direct supervision and mentor guidance.
- Develop and optimize algorithms.
- Collaborate with interns and experienced engineers on telecommunications technology projects.
- Write research papers.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain applicable security clearance.
- Broad computer science or computer engineering background, including knowledge of algorithm and data structure implementation.
- Experience with high-level programming languages such as C/C++.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python.
- Experience with source code management tools such as Git.
- Experience with GNU/Linux software development and toolchains.
- Interest in algorithms, data structures, and computational complexity.
- Knowledge of Microsoft software applications and other software applications as required.
- Interest or experience in networking, security, or vulnerability research is desired.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0, previous internship or co-op experience, leadership, teamwork, communication skills, and relevant activities are preferred.
