Base Salary
$220k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build real-time interfaces for clinical oversight of live agent conversations.
- Own features end to end from database schema through API and user interface.
- Design tools that allow non-engineers to safely shape agent behavior.
- Make healthcare data explorable through natural language.
- Improve the reliability and performance of applications used by clinicians.
- Collaborate with designers, clinicians, and customers to refine product details.
Requirements
- Production experience shipping full-stack features end to end and owning their outcomes.
- Strength across data modeling, APIs, and modern frontend development.
- Strong attention to correctness and reliability when handling sensitive data.
- Good product instincts and care for user experience.
- Ability to work onsite in New York City or San Francisco.
- Experience in a regulated or critical domain such as healthcare, finance, or legal is preferred.
- Familiarity with WebSockets and SSE client/server implementations is preferred.
- Experience with design systems or complex UI state is preferred.
- Experience with production AI or ML products is preferred.
