Responsibilities

  • Develop technology and solution roadmaps for mission enterprise capabilities.
  • Establish best practices and technological approaches for software architecture, cloud migration, modernization, and transformation.
  • Partner with Business Development on technical solutions, estimates, white papers, industry relationships, RFIs, and RFPs.
  • Support customer calls and corporate business development processes for major opportunities.
  • Apply technology and innovation to strengthen existing programs and support new business pursuits.
  • Explain solution value, technical features, and transformation strategies to customers and partners.
  • Engage in proof of concepts and troubleshoot potential technical problems.
  • Review and assess vendor technology solutions and competitor capabilities.
  • Assess and mentor technical talent and solution architects across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
  • Experience leading technical teams and demonstrated technical leadership.
  • Strong working knowledge of cloud, data science, and/or software delivery.
  • Broad and deep technical knowledge of government mission and enterprise IT design, implementation, operations, and modernization.
  • Experience with contract performance, customer relationship building, and on-contract growth through innovation and technology.
  • Experience as a solution architect or technical volume lead on captures and proposals.
  • Ability to assess, identify, recruit, and retain technical talent.
  • Ability to author, present, and articulate technical problems and solutions to customers, business development teams, program teams, technical teams, and executives.
  • Ability to obtain required security clearance, with BPSS clearance to start and SC or DV clearance as required.
