Responsibilities
- Develop technical architectures and designs for scalable ServiceNow solutions in collaboration with customers and stakeholders.
- Design integration strategies between ServiceNow and existing systems, including REST and SOAP API integrations and middleware technologies.
- Provide ServiceNow expertise and technical guidance to developers and project teams on coding standards and best practices.
- Support implementation teams, review implemented solutions, and validate architecture quality and alignment with business requirements.
- Conduct architecture reviews and communicate technical concepts clearly to different stakeholder groups.
- Build customer and internal-team relationships and lead projects and teams implementing ServiceNow solutions.
Requirements
- Comprehensive knowledge of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and HR Service Delivery, together with current ServiceNow certifications.
- Knowledge of software and data architecture, integration patterns, REST and SOAP API integration, and middleware technologies.
- Ability to model and analyze business processes and document customer requirements.
- Strong knowledge of the ITIL framework and service-management best practices.
- Ability to present technical concepts clearly, build stakeholder relationships, and incorporate stakeholder needs into solution architectures.
- Experience leading projects and teams implementing ServiceNow solutions, with a commitment to mentoring and continuous learning.
- Structured, proactive team player with strong communication skills and fluent German and English.

- Base salary from EUR 65,000, with willingness to overpay according to experience and qualifications.
