Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using ASP.NET MVC and C#.
- Build responsive front-end components using Angular.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services using .NET Core.
- Create detailed low-level design documents and write clean, maintainable code using software design principles.
- Collaborate with QA, UX, DevOps, and Product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, resolve application issues, and improve performance.
- Support application quality across performance, security, scalability, responsiveness, testing, and production readiness.
- Review, improve, and validate AI-generated code and write prompts for code generation, refactoring, debugging, testing, API design, and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 3 years of application development experience; the role overview seeks 7–10 years of .NET development experience.
- Strong proficiency with ASP.NET MVC, C#, Angular, .NET Core, .NET 6+, RESTful APIs, and Postman.
- Experience with Angular components, services, RxJS, routing, state management, NUnit, Jest, Vitest, and SQL Server.
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, UI design, SOLID principles, design patterns, clean coding, Git, and SonarQube.
- Familiarity with application security, authentication, authorization, OWASP guidelines, secure coding, input validation, automated testing, and production readiness.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions for DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Perplexity, with the ability to critically validate generated code.
- Preferred experience with AI-enabled application development, LLM concepts, RAG, semantic search, vector search, and Azure OpenAI.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and independent-working skills, plus availability for some overlap with US hours.
