Base Salary
$107k - $161k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement generative AI models and applications using Python and deep learning frameworks.
- Integrate generative AI capabilities into existing systems and develop new AI-powered applications.
- Build and maintain React chat interfaces with HTTP streaming, asynchronous processing, secure file uploads, and advanced formatting.
- Research generative AI, natural language processing, and machine learning advancements, and optimize models for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
- Develop data pipelines for AI model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Collaborate with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and product managers to define requirements and deliver solutions.
- Ensure responsible and ethical AI deployment in accordance with best practices and regulatory guidelines.
- Write maintainable, documented code; participate in code reviews and architectural discussions; and provide technical guidance.
- Troubleshoot and debug AI models and applications and resolve performance issues.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on Python.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI models, including large language models or other generative architectures.
- Experience with Google ADK or similar Google AI/ML platforms and SDKs.
- Knowledge of TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX and solid understanding of machine learning principles, algorithms, and data structures.
- Strong React front-end development skills and demonstrable experience implementing chat functionality, HTTP streaming, asynchronous operations, file uploads, and chat formatting.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and MLOps practices for deploying and managing AI models.
- Familiarity with Docker or Kubernetes.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong problem-solving, independent-working, teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
