Responsibilities
- Design, build and maintain complex fullstack systems.
- Collaborate with engineers, PMs, and non-technical stakeholders to develop and ship features.
- Design, build, and maintain APIs.
- Identify and resolve performance issues.
- Participate in code reviews.
- Communicate best practices to the team.
- Write engineering requirements documents.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in a software engineering role.
- Full stack engineering experience in Javascript, Typescript, Node or Python.
- Familiarity with software engineering best practices, including design patterns and testing.
- Ability to communicate technical specifications both verbally and in writing.
- Understanding of security, common attacks, and defenses.
- Experience with A/B testing or feature flag platforms.
- Proficiency in front-end web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and React.
- Knowledge of optimizing Core Web Vitals and loading speed performance.
- Experience building complex architecture systems and backend patterns.
- Expertise in using coding tools to enhance development workflows.
- Ability to design clean APIs and understand performance issues.
- Knowledge of mobile-first responsive styling methodologies.
- Experience with third-party lifecycle communication infrastructure.
- Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Familiarity with build systems configurations like Webpack.
- Experience with infrastructure and deploying apps in high-scale environments.
