Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Embed with supply chain and sourcing operators to understand workflows and translate ambiguous problems into technical opportunities.
- Prototype, build, configure, test, deploy, and refine AI-enabled applications, pipelines, ontology objects, validation logic, and technical documentation.
- Design end-to-end workflows connecting ontology objects, data integrations, models, and applications.
- Own assigned use cases from requirements gathering through production deployment and post-deployment support.
- Diagnose data pipeline, ontology, application, and deployment issues and partner with data teams on data hydration problems.
- Translate business insights into structured requirements, architecture decisions, delivery priorities, and technical changes.
- Validate application behavior and data logic with subject matter experts, product owners, and end users.
- Support user acceptance testing, application readiness, production validation, and issue resolution.
- Contribute reusable engineering patterns, logic, and documentation with infrastructure teams.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of engineering experience.
- Software engineering background with proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, React, Next.js or similar technologies, and Python.
- Hands-on experience building production systems with LLMs and AI agents.
- Strong understanding of repository architecture and management.
- Familiarity with developer tools such as VSCode extensions, command-line interfaces, and third-party integrations.
- Experience translating ambiguous business requirements into technical specifications, application behavior, validation logic, and deployable solutions.
- Ability to document technical decisions, design logic, assumptions, dependencies, and support requirements clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across technical, business, and external consulting teams.
- Preferred experience in supply chain, sourcing, procurement, contract management, invoice management, supplier management, or compliance workflows.
- Preferred familiarity with Ariba, SAP, ERP platforms, data warehouses, or related procurement and supply chain applications.
- Preferred experience supporting production applications, troubleshooting data issues, and validating user-facing application behavior.
- Preferred exposure to ontology design, object-oriented data modeling, workflow automation, or AI-enabled business applications.
- Preferred experience in agile, sprint-based, or product-oriented delivery environments.
- Preferred ability to communicate technical tradeoffs clearly to business stakeholders and leadership.
