Responsibilities
- Lead technical support for Data Analytics solutions in Azure environments.
- Resolve complex incidents and troubleshoot data-intensive issues.
- Guide support analysts in handling challenging cases.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to drive root cause analysis and durable fixes.
- Optimize performance and scalability of large datasets and pipelines.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in application support or technical lead roles.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Data Engineering and Python.
- Familiarity with Databricks and PySpark for data operations.
- Strong T-SQL and data warehouse background, including performance tuning.
- Experience with large-scale data wrangling and troubleshooting ETL processes.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining complex issues.
