Responsibilities

Provide post-sales onboarding and assist customers and partners with deploying RegScale across environments including Docker and Kubernetes.
Lead or participate in customer solution workshops to identify requirements and develop technical strategies.
Develop Python scripts and integration scripts to load customer data and connect RegScale with external commercial tools and platforms.
Create, maintain, and document product integration scripts supporting platform extensibility and customer use cases.
Develop technical solutions and demonstrate the RegScale platform in customer and sales-support engagements.
Deliver customer training and create technical enablement materials including demonstrations, example code, and hands-on exercises.
Communicate customer technical requirements to Product and support product development by piloting and testing new features.
Support Customer Success by increasing platform utilization and identifying expansion opportunities.
Provide responsive technical support, troubleshoot customer issues, and guide resolution.

Proficiency in Python or Bash and at least one additional programming language such as C#, Golang, Rust, Angular, SQL, TypeScript, Java, or JavaScript.
Proficiency in AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus.
At least 5 years of software engineering experience.
Experience manipulating structured and unstructured data, including data exchange, transformation, and custom scripting.
Experience developing integrations with commercial software platforms through documented APIs or point-to-point integrations.
Familiarity with Python-based frameworks; experience with Python, Go, or Rust in integration or automation scenarios is preferred.
Proficiency in requirements gathering and strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and diagnostic skills.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field with 10+ years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree with 7+ years of experience.
Experience working in technical services or solutions engineering within a high-performing, cross-functional team.
Experience in an enterprise software or B2B SaaS company, ideally in cybersecurity or GRC.
U.S. citizenship is required; the position is subject to background checks and unannounced drug testing.
