Responsibilities
- Provide post-sales onboarding assistance to ensure customer production readiness.
- Participate in solution workshops to identify customer requirements and objectives.
- Develop Python scripts for data integration and platform extensibility.
- Create and maintain product integration scripts for customer use cases.
- Deliver customer training to support platform adoption and user enablement.
- Capture customer technical requirements to inform product enhancements.
- Enable the Customer Success team with technical training and resources.
- Provide responsive technical support to troubleshoot customer issues.
Requirements
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash, and experience in another programming language.
- Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus.
- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- Experience with data manipulation and developing REST APIs.
- Hands-on experience with commercial software platforms and documented APIs.
- Familiarity with Python-based frameworks and real-world integration scenarios.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field with 10+ years of experience, or a master's degree with 7+ years.
