Responsibilities
- Define appropriate multi-technology solutions to meet customer needs.
- Project-manage internal, vendor, and partner resources delivering complex technical solutions.
- Support internal and external sales teams with technical quotes and sales opportunities.
- Co-own and project-manage the technical elements of sales opportunities through successful closure.
- Develop and manage customer relationships with resellers and end customers.
- Conduct reseller and end-user customer site visits.
- Deliver technical enablement training to sales teams and reseller partners.
- Respond to customer care issues and product or solution inquiries.
- Communicate product and technology information to relevant audiences.
- Maintain technical accreditation and develop broader industry knowledge.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio.
- Experience with SAP R3, Compass, and Business Warehouse is desirable.
- Previous experience with e-business systems.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, priority management, and planning skills.
- IT industry knowledge spanning channels, vendors, competition, and end users.
- Broad knowledge of product and technology portfolios relevant to the business unit.
