Responsibilities
- Deploy and maintain AI-related applications on Azure Kubernetes Service.
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Containerize applications and manage Kubernetes deployments with manifests and Helm charts.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform.
- Configure secure access to secrets and certificates through Azure Key Vault.
- Integrate applications with Cosmos DB and Azure Database for PostgreSQL.
- Support Python backend services, APIs, and AI application components.
- Implement rolling, blue-green, and canary deployment strategies.
- Monitor deployments, troubleshoot runtime issues, and improve deployment reliability.
- Collaborate with AI engineers, DevOps engineers, platform teams, and product teams.
- Apply cloud security, scalability, and reliability best practices.
- Maintain deployment, infrastructure, and operational runbook documentation.
Requirements
- An IT or IT-related degree, or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Azure Kubernetes Service, Kubernetes, Docker, Python, Terraform, Azure Key Vault, Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL, CI/CD pipelines, application deployment automation, and Git.
- Experience with cloud-native application deployment, infrastructure as code, secure configuration, and Kubernetes workloads.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in Agile squads.
- International work experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of Helm, Azure Container Registry, Managed Identity, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Prometheus, Grafana, FastAPI or Flask, MLflow or model-serving frameworks, OpenAI or Azure AI services, API management, and DevSecOps practices is preferred.
