Responsibilities

Architect, develop, and scale automation frameworks and workflows across Mozilla’s workplace technology ecosystem.
Lead end-to-end engineering of lifecycle workflows using APIs and event-driven architectures.
Build and maintain reusable libraries and agent orchestration layers for AI-enabled productivity.
Implement observability for workflows and automations, defining metrics and building dashboards.
Partner with Security, Legal, and Privacy to ensure compliance in automation and AI flows.
Evaluate and deploy new tools and AI productivity platforms, measuring user impact.
Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for building agentic systems.
Collaborate with various teams to deliver secure and efficient internal tools and workflows.
Drive innovation through prototyping next-gen agentic services to enhance productivity.

7–10 years of software engineering or automation experience in enterprise environments.
Strong software design and development skills in Java, Go, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or equivalent languages.
Deep experience integrating SaaS platforms using APIs and building automation layers.
Familiarity with IAM/SSO and lifecycle automation, ensuring secure access.
Proven ability to design for reliability, security, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
Demonstrated ability to lead technical direction and mentor others.
Experience or willingness to work with GenAI/LLM modalities and build operational patterns.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across functions.
A mindset of innovation and continuous improvement.
