Base Salary
$128k - $261k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the strategic evolution of the DSPM platform.
- Lead AI/ML strategy and execution for advanced analytics.
- Architect multi-cloud and on-prem technology support.
- Drive high-impact initiatives and define long-term solutions.
- Provide technical leadership across the full lifecycle.
- Partner with stakeholders to shape technical direction.
- Ensure platform reliability and resolve complex production challenges.
- Elevate engineering standards and processes.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience building enterprise-grade software systems.
- Proven track record in designing distributed, scalable cloud services.
- Expert-level programming skills in Scala or Java.
- Deep understanding of database systems and data warehousing.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
- Experience with cloud-based AI services and RAG architectures is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills for complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication skills to align cross-functional stakeholders.
