Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and optimize prompts for LLM-based applications supporting high-voltage product and business use cases.
- Translate high-voltage product knowledge, including GIS, AIS, components, standards, and applications, into prompts, guardrails, and AI workflows.
- Design multi-step prompting strategies using chain-of-thought, ReAct, role-based prompting, and agentic workflows.
- Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Pricing, Sales, IT, and AI/ML engineering teams to embed AI assistants into business processes.
- Define prompt standards, templates, and reusable best practices across the organization.
- Evaluate prompt performance using accuracy, hallucination rate, usability, and business-impact metrics.
- Align prompting logic with RAG pipelines, vector databases, and enterprise data sources.
- Maintain knowledge of GenAI capabilities, LLM limitations, and emerging prompting techniques.
- Document AI use cases, train users, explain AI behavior, and support change management and adoption.
- Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- At least five years of professional experience in AI, data engineering, or software engineering with strong applied GenAI exposure, or in high-voltage/power-systems product management or engineering with demonstrated AI adoption.
- Hands-on experience with GenAI platforms such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, LangChain, AutoGen, or similar frameworks.
- Strong understanding of high-voltage equipment and solutions, including GIS and AIS technologies, components, configurations, options, customer applications, grid use cases, standards, lifecycle phases, and customer decision drivers.
- Prior experience in industrial, infrastructure, or engineering-driven environments is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, product, sales, pricing, and IT teams.
- Professional proficiency in English.
