Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery with customer architects, engineers, and executives to assess business goals, AI/HPC workloads, performance requirements, security constraints, and deployment environments.
- Design end-to-end AI Factory solutions spanning compute, networking, storage, cluster management, and workload orchestration.
- Guide customers through adoption and scaling of NVIDIA’s full-stack platform.
- Run proof-of-concepts, workshops, technical enablement sessions, demonstrations, and architecture reviews.
- Partner with sales account managers on technical strategy, opportunity qualification, solution proposals, and customer wins.
- Lead technical design reviews, bills of materials, deployment plans, readiness assessments, and handoffs to implementation and operations teams.
- Build trusted relationships with customer engineers, architects, IT leaders, and executives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in senior technical roles such as Solutions Architect, Systems Architect, AI/ML Platform Engineer, or Technical Consultant.
- Established experience designing, deploying, or operating enterprise-scale AI and HPC infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in several areas including datacenter infrastructure, distributed systems, high-performance networking, storage, cluster management, AI/HPC workload orchestration, and GPU-accelerated computing.
- Experience leading technical discovery, architecture workshops, proof-of-concepts, performance validation, and executive-level technical presentations.
- Strong collaboration, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong enterprise customer experience across Armenia and Central Asia is preferred.
- Native or fluent Armenian and Russian with professional English is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with the NVIDIA AI Factory stack is preferred.
- Experience with MEP systems used in AI Factory construction, including cooling infrastructure, power distribution, and plumbing systems, is preferred.
