Base Salary
$150k - $227k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build end-to-end data integrations that sync customer data to and from Scale's platform.
- Work with customers' engineering teams to optimize data pipelines.
- Design and maintain playbooks, internal tools, documentation, and SDKs.
- Partner with engineers and Operations to resolve technical blockers.
- Own the customer's technical experience throughout their time with Scale.
- Work with Account Executives and Product Managers on customer-specific feature requests.
- Develop expertise in large language models, 2D image annotation, and API integrations.
- Represent Scale and engage with customers at major events.
Requirements
- Experience as a customer-facing engineer or in a similar hybrid role.
- Hands-on technical experience working with clients in a pre- or post-sales capacity.
- Development experience with Python, JavaScript, or other modern languages.
- A strong engineering background in computer science, mathematics, or a quantitative field.
- Strong project management and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to present credibly to both executives and front-line engineers.
- Comfort communicating across internal and external teams.
- Intellectual curiosity, empathy, and the ability to move quickly.
