Responsibilities

Define and drive solution architecture for enterprise applications.
Lead technical design activities and support implementation across distributed teams.
Contribute to the modernisation and evolution of complex legacy systems.
Design solutions that are scalable, maintainable, secure, and high-performing.
Collaborate with developers, architects, QA, DevOps, business stakeholders, and distributed delivery teams.
Support delivery throughout the full software development lifecycle.
Promote engineering best practices and architectural standards across teams.
Help shape long-term technology roadmaps and future architecture decisions.

10+ years of experience in enterprise software development and solution architecture.
Strong Java experience, including Java 11/17 and Java EE or Jakarta EE.
Strong database design and development expertise, particularly with PostgreSQL.
Hands-on experience with Eclipse RCP, SWT, JFace, and WildFly Application Server.
Experience with enterprise software architecture, solution design, object-oriented design principles, and design patterns.
Experience leading legacy-system modernisation and working in complex enterprise environments.
Experience with JPA/Hibernate, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Maven, and Azure DevOps is advantageous.
Ability to collaborate effectively with geographically distributed teams and technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Permanent employees in Romania receive 13 monthly salaries per year, with a stated range of 22.000–24.000 RON net per month.
