Responsibilities
- Embed with C-level and technical stakeholders at one to two strategic accounts to architect end-to-end AI solutions and scalable workflows.
- Define engagement success criteria and own measurable outcomes including adoption, workflow throughput, and return on investment.
- Design and ship monday AI agents, vibe apps, MCP integrations, production workflows, and custom scripts from discovery through rollout.
- Instrument deployments and run evaluations against customer workflows, translating findings into product requirements and roadmap input.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success as the technical authority on account strategy.
- Convert account-specific patterns, agents, and delivery assets into reusable machinery, playbooks, and productized solutions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience building applications from scratch using TypeScript, Node.js, and React, with full-stack depth.
- Experience leading hands-on projects end to end in production environments, preferably in client-facing settings.
- Background in Solution Architecture or Software Engineering with strong knowledge of AI/LLM systems, agent architectures, MCP or comparable tool-use protocols, evaluations, and prompt-to-production workflows.
- Experience navigating C-suite relationships and influencing executive decisions in ambiguous environments.
- Track record of turning one-off delivery work into reusable assets, product requirements, or repeatable playbooks.
- Entrepreneurial, fast-moving approach focused on long-term impact over immediate fixes.
