Forward Deployed Engineer - New Grad (December 2026)
Applied IntuitionResponsibilities
- Deploy and integrate Applied Intuition products and tools into customers’ real-world environments.
- Develop products, features, and tools across the stack for customers’ autonomy development workflows.
- Solve software engineering, infrastructure, robotics, and systems challenges.
- Own technical and product decisions and drive projects from development through deployment.
- Collaborate with customers, engineers, and product teams to understand problems and deliver effective solutions.
- Develop expertise in new technical tools and environments.
Requirements
- Have a BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, completed or in progress, with graduation in December 2026.
- Demonstrate strong programming skills in languages such as C++ or Python.
- Show the ability to design efficient and effective solutions to varied engineering challenges.
- Demonstrate initiative, self-starting behavior, and comfort learning new technical tools in a fast-paced environment.
- Have strong communication skills and an interest in working directly with customers to solve technical problems.
- Preferred experience includes React, GraphQL, SQLAlchemy, Docker, Kubernetes, simulation tools, physical modeling, ROS, complex software systems, infrastructure, robotics, hardware, or defense, automotive, and adjacent industries.
