Base Salary

$149k - $260k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers and Salesforce teams.
  • Lead presales and implementation architecture for large-scale, mission-critical Salesforce engagements.
  • Design and oversee application, data, integration, and security architectures.
  • Manage customer expectations, negotiate complex solutions, and proactively resolve risks.
  • Review project and program direction, approaches, and artifacts to maintain delivery quality and extensibility.
  • Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, clients, and third-party partners.
  • Contribute to consulting-practice initiatives, knowledge sharing, program vision, and technology strategy.
  • Mentor Salesforce teams and Federal clients while communicating complex concepts to varied audiences.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of enterprise architecture or consulting experience on the Salesforce Platform.
  • Strong application design, data architecture, integration architecture, and security architecture skills.
  • Strong presentation, written communication, verbal communication, listening, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes through technology and integration.
  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, and candidates must not hold dual citizenship.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain the required U.S. government security clearance and complete a federal background investigation.
  • Preferred: Metro DC location, active Secret, TS, TS/SCI, or TS/SCI with Poly clearance, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or multiple Salesforce Architecture certifications, public-sector digital transformation experience, Public Sector Solutions experience, and application design and development experience.
