Responsibilities
- Assist with application deployments, release validation, testing coordination, deployment checklists, release documentation, and change records.
- Monitor CI/CD pipeline executions and report failures or deployment issues while following change management and release governance processes.
- Support AI and Copilot adoption, technology research, proof-of-concept activities, automation, and innovation programs within the Maximo ecosystem.
- Support Scrum ceremonies, delivery tracking, status reporting, documentation, team coordination, and collaboration with Product Owners, Developers, QA, and Infrastructure teams.
- Create operational procedures, knowledge articles, support documentation, incident and release metrics, and process improvement recommendations.
- Monitor application health, scheduled jobs, interfaces, and system alerts; analyze support issues, escalate critical incidents, and participate in root cause analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Recent graduate or up to 2 years of relevant internship or work experience.
- Basic understanding of enterprise applications, software development lifecycle, DevOps concepts, CI/CD pipelines, and release management.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum concepts.
- Preferred exposure to Azure DevOps, Jira, ServiceNow, or similar tools.
- Desirable understanding of databases, APIs, and system integrations.
- Exposure to IBM Maximo or Enterprise Asset Management solutions is advantageous but not required.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, collaboration, learning, and adaptability skills.
