Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and build end-to-end integration patterns connecting cloud-native SaaS, Epic EMR, clinical systems, and enterprise data platforms.
- Develop solutions that enrich payer metadata, automate payer lifecycle contracts, and measure payer performance.
- Conduct system testing, debugging, peer code reviews, and performance improvements while maintaining reliability and scalability.
- Consult with product and business stakeholders to refine requirements and propose technical design patterns.
- Explore tools and frameworks, incorporate AI/ML into development workflows, and create intelligent automation.
- Create system designs, architecture diagrams, documentation, and best practices to support knowledge transfer and platform self-service.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience working with SQL and relational database management systems.
- Hands-on experience with dimensional data modeling, schema design, and data warehousing.
- Experience programming and modifying code in SQL, Python, or other languages for cloud-based and on-premises data warehousing services.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting data issues and applying performance improvement techniques.
- Ability to take ownership, implement process improvements, and work effectively in a fast-paced collaborative support environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent related work experience.
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance, payer contracts, and healthcare standards such as HL7 and FHIR is preferred.
- Advanced degree or relevant certifications are preferred.

- Base pay range of $83,430.00 to $222,480.00, plus eligibility for a bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program.
