Responsibilities
- Gather customer needs and present Vusion solutions in collaboration with regional sales teams.
- Coordinate solution implementation projects, including timelines, costs, integrations, upgrades, configurations, and installations.
- Build, lead, and unite project teams for pre-sales activities and prepare deployments for independent and mid-sized customers.
- Act as the primary operational contact for internal and external customers regarding technical and integration matters.
- Track projects using shared tools and support the development of upgrade models and technical configurations.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, implementation project manager, project manager, or IT professional in areas such as networks or infrastructure.
- Fluent French is required and written and spoken English is essential.
- Knowledge of another European language is preferred but not required.
- Interest in retail, artificial intelligence, computer vision, or IoT.
- Ability to apply technical skills to manage projects, coordinate teams, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Strong organizational, autonomous, interpersonal, and ownership skills.
