Responsibilities
- Raise awareness of D&A Software Solutions capabilities and service lines through networking and demonstrations for internal partners and clients.
- Design, create, implement, analyze, program, and test client-centric web applications and complex modules.
- Lead software projects and collaborate with software engineers, managers, stakeholders, and clients.
- Conduct peer code reviews, triage flaws, and promote updates to production.
- Mentor junior team members and promote best practices and knowledge sharing internally and externally.
- Learn existing applications and design new tools to improve processes.
- Identify relationships among multiple data sources and types and organize information for effective data analysis.
- Represent the team in cross-segment discussions and communicate project status to internal and external clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Several years of web application development experience.
- Experience leading software teams and Agile ceremonies.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with leadership, marketing, internal partners, and clients.
- Ability to manage multiple evolving tasks, work independently and collaboratively, adapt to changing priorities, and meet strict deadlines.
- Ability to travel to FTI offices and client sites as needed.
- Familiarity with backend and frontend frameworks, RESTful APIs, object-oriented programming, version control, automated testing, relational databases, programming, web servers, and web development.
- Competency in IAM principles, SAML, Single Sign-On, authentication, and authorization techniques.
- Highly motivated, eager to learn, and able to motivate others.
