Responsibilities
- Deliver AI-powered solutions that improve internal efficiency and create customer value through data insights.
- Work with business leaders and data scientists to understand user needs and transition AI/ML prototypes into production-ready solutions.
- Design, develop, deploy, monitor, and optimize scalable machine learning models and algorithms.
- Collect and integrate data from diverse sources for model training and validation.
- Integrate AI/ML solutions with existing systems and improve data collection processes in collaboration with technology teams.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code using software development best practices.
- Identify process-improvement opportunities using AI/ML and contribute to strategic operational initiatives.
- Support organizational change, user training, solution adoption, and post-implementation issue resolution.
- Analyze back-office processes, test ideas, and implement operational solutions with technology teams.
- Promote the use of AI tools and technologies in day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- Enrollment in or recent completion of a bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT/technology, quality, operations management, supply chain management, or a related discipline.
- Strong spoken and written English proficiency; Mandarin is a plus.
- Strong IT skills and comfort using digital tools and platforms.
- Genuine enthusiasm for artificial intelligence and its practical applications in operations, quality control, or client management.
- Experience using AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making is a strong plus.
- Interest in consumer goods, supply chain, quality control, or operations is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with a proactive, eager-to-learn mindset.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
