Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI platforms for scalable access to LLMs.
- Create agentic workflows and prompt management solutions.
- Build and optimize model training and inference pipelines.
- Influence technical strategy for embedding stores and vector databases.
- Lead initiatives to streamline ML workflows and improve efficiency.
- Develop backend services and RESTful APIs using Python and FastAPI.
- Monitor and optimize team-owned services, participating in on-call rotations.
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical colleagues on ML-driven products.
- Coach and mentor ML engineers to foster a collaborative culture.
- Utilize tools like AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes for machine learning infrastructure.
Requirements
- 9+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or related fields.
- Extensive experience in designing scalable backend systems.
- Deep expertise in agentic workflows and secure AI development.
- Strong knowledge of databases and RESTful API design.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in project management and team mentoring.
- Excellent communication skills for articulating technical concepts.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Proficient in Python and cloud infrastructure provisioning.
