Base Salary
$238k - $302k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the team in building data platforms for large-scale evaluation of systems.
- Create datasets and methods for continuous logging and data intake.
- Define long-term strategy and develop roadmaps for project execution.
- Collaborate with team members to understand data needs and build infrastructure solutions.
- Exercise end-to-end ownership in delivering a robust and adaptable data platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science or a similar discipline, or equivalent deep learning experience.
- 8+ years of experience designing and building complex, scalable systems.
- Demonstrated technical leadership in defining long-term strategy and guiding teams.
- Ability to work effectively across diverse teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Deep expertise in evaluating Machine Learning systems at scale.
