Responsibilities
- Lead major engineering initiatives with limited guidance and define work through completion.
- Develop and customize Power Apps, Dynamics 365, Dataverse, plugins, workflows, actions, Power Automate flows, and Power Pages solutions.
- Write production-ready code, conduct code reviews, debug applications, create technical documentation, and maintain in-depth knowledge of supported codebases.
- Conduct proofs of concept and provide technical trade-off recommendations for new solutions and technologies.
- Implement data migrations, reporting capabilities, Azure integrations, solution management, and security management.
- Identify and implement process improvements, contribute to software architecture and monitoring, and support external integrations.
- Mentor peers and junior staff, informally manage interns or junior team members, and contribute to hiring and team development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, information systems, or engineering; MCA or equivalent experience is also accepted.
- 5–8+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years with C#, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns, with strong debugging skills.
- Experience with model-driven Power Apps customizations, advanced configurations, plugins, workflows, actions, Power Apps solution management, and Power Apps security management.
- Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services, Power BI, Dynamics 365/Dataverse modules, data migration, Power Automate, and Power Pages.
- Experience using Azure services including Service Bus, Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions, API Manager, and Azure App Services.
- At least 3 years of experience working and delivering in Agile environments.
- Experience with Azure DevOps or Jira for work-item management and Git for version control.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and demonstrated ability to lead, coach, prioritize, and make sound technical decisions.
- Experience with React, Angular, Vue, CI/CD automation, unit testing, or technology certifications is preferred.
