Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Act as the primary interface between U.S. and Japan teams for context alignment.
- Synthesize and communicate priorities, urgency, and team sentiment.
- Influence platform roadmap based on real-world usage and field needs.
- Drive cross-regional program execution with clear priorities and milestones.
- Manage dependencies and risks between Forward-Deployed and Platform Core workstreams.
- Facilitate technical discussions and design reviews across regions.
- Improve internal systems for global collaboration and decision-making.
Requirements
- Near-native proficiency in English and Japanese.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering with system design exposure.
- 4+ years of experience in a U.S.-based organization with English as the primary language.
- Strong understanding of modern software architecture.
- Proven ability to operate across product, engineering, and implementation contexts.
- Experience working with distributed or cross-border teams.
- Strong communication skills to convey nuanced context.
