Base Salary
$175k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand customer challenges.
- Research and deploy real-world applications of cutting-edge AI models.
- Design and implement solutions across internal tools and customer-facing products.
- Build full-stack applications that bring AI capabilities to users.
- Work closely with forward-deployed engineers and end users.
- Influence engineering practices, product direction, and company culture.
Requirements
- 3–6+ years of experience working as an individual contributor in collaborative teams.
- Strong understanding of machine learning and AI best practices.
- Proficiency in Python and TypeScript.
- Experience working with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Google, or Anthropic.
- Knowledge of LLM frameworks such as Vercel AI SDK.
- Experience with Next.js and REST APIs.
- Familiarity with computer-use models such as Operator, Computer Use, and Browser Use.
- Experience using AI tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, and Lovable.
- Ability to rapidly prototype and iterate on ideas.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and wearing multiple hats.
- Passion for creating intuitive, user-friendly experiences.
- Experience in startups or other dynamic, high-growth settings.
