Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans and test scripts for new and existing game themes and operating systems.
- Follow SQA work instructions and use required databases for SQA functions and testing.
- Submit, track, reproduce, and help escalate product issues through resolution.
- Communicate with Product Development to resolve reported issues before gaming product release.
- Provide weekly project status input and detailed completion reports.
- Assist with SQA special projects and introduce process improvement initiatives.
- Attend operating-system development and game-development code reviews.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of relevant SQA work experience.
- Academic or working knowledge of Visual Studio.
- Academic or work experience with C, C++, or C#.
- Academic or working knowledge of Linux, Unix, or Windows.
- Academic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Basic knowledge of computer operation, computer hardware, and real-time embedded systems.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science preferred.
- Strong written and oral communication, collaboration, organization, and attention to detail skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- Ability to meet applicable gaming licensing, background investigation, security check, and regulatory requirements.
