Base Salary
$182k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive the architecture, design, and implementation of provider flows supporting clinical workflows.
- Build accessible, visually engaging interfaces that help clinicians deliver care efficiently and safely.
- Own initiatives from ideation and technical design through implementation, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Improve application performance, accessibility, reliability, observability, and production monitoring.
- Contribute to architectural direction, technical roadmaps, code reviews, and technical design documents.
- Collaborate with product, design, data, engineering, and clinical stakeholders.
- Participate in on-call rotations for production system reliability.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience building accessible, visually engaging web applications and intuitive user-facing experiences.
- Proficiency with React and TypeScript, UI architecture, and client-side performance.
- Experience or familiarity with Turborepo, styled-components, TanStack Query, React Aria, Playwright, and Storybook-driven testing.
- Hands-on experience with metrics instrumentation, quantitative analytics, user feedback, and data-driven performance tuning.
- Strong ownership from technical design and implementation through post-release monitoring.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, product managers, and product designers.
- Bonus: experience in telehealth or highly regulated industries.
- Bonus: experience building complex, multi-step workflow or form-driven interfaces.
