Responsibilities
- Own product architecture, design, quality, user experience, and security, including AI/ML integration for VDI.
- Design, implement, debug, test, performance-tune, and maintain web applications for VDI environments across browser platforms.
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, support, release, and other cross-functional teams to define and deliver solutions.
- Drive product deployments on VMware vSphere, Azure, AWS, and other public-cloud platforms.
- Analyze complex problems and crash-dump stack traces, and resolve difficult technical issues.
- Improve DevOps, Agile, and CI/CD processes and use Git, Perforce, JIRA, and Jenkins.
- Manage delivery milestones, communicate status and risks, and respond to customer and product escalations.
- Participate in stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, architectural reviews, customer support, and release-readiness activities.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and identify improvements to products, tools, and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of technical experience; the posting describes a range of 5 to 18 years.
- Experience architecting and designing enterprise software or cloud services using HTML and TypeScript.
- Deep expertise in web development, browser technologies, software architecture, data pipelines, and platforms.
- Experience developing web applications for VDI environments across browser platforms.
- Experience with debugging complex issues, analyzing stack traces from crash dumps, and performance tuning.
- Experience with VMware vSphere and public clouds such as Azure and AWS.
- Ability to provide technical leadership, collaborate across teams, manage milestones, and mentor junior engineers.
- Experience or familiarity with DevOps, Agile, CI/CD, Git, Perforce, JIRA, and Jenkins.

- Typical base salary is $152,200.00–$253,650.00 per year, with potential eligibility for a corporate bonus program.
