Base Salary
$147k - $252k/yr
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain frontend features using React and TypeScript.
- Develop maintainable and modular micro frontends using a domain-based design approach.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to clarify requirements, deliver features iteratively, and ensure production quality.
- Integrate backend services using Apollo GraphQL through a Backend-for-Frontend layer.
- Implement and improve shared UI components and contribute to the team design system.
- Participate in planning, reviews, code reviews, bug triage, and improvements to engineering standards.
- Partner with backend engineers and product teams to deliver a high-quality user experience.
- Participate in Frontend Guild discussions, technical spikes, experimentation, and ongoing learning.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of professional frontend software development experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML/CSS, and modern web development practices.
- Familiarity with API integration patterns and frontend performance optimization.
- Ability to write well-tested, maintainable code and contribute to documentation.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills in a cross-functional environment.
- Preferred experience with GraphQL, design systems, or micro frontend architecture.
- Preferred exposure to CI/CD, monitoring, and frontend observability tools.
- Preferred interest in product development and a user-centric mindset.
