Responsibilities

  • Guide and support an agile software development team in building high-quality software solutions.
  • Design and develop robust, sustainable IT solutions that support strong user and customer experiences.
  • Translate user stories and business requirements into detailed solution and integration designs aligned with architecture guidelines.
  • Collaborate with IT Solution Architects and other Solution Designers on technical aspects and IT framework improvements.
  • Contribute to coding standards, software design practices, architecture strategy, secure software development, and application security.
  • Develop and integrate frontend, backend, API, web, and cloud solutions.
  • Share solution design and software development best practices with colleagues across IT.

Requirements

  • A university degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or another relevant field.
  • At least 6 years of experience with the stated technology stack and at least 5 years of experience in solution design.
  • Experienced full-stack developer with frontend and backend development experience.
  • Experience in frontend software development and API development, design, integration, and management.
  • Good understanding of IT architecture for end-to-end web and cloud solutions.
  • Practical experience with Azure DevOps, Visual Studio, Git, Tailwind, Bootstrap, and SAST and DAST tools.
  • Interest in using AI software development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and Microsoft Foundry.
  • Knowledge of Optimizely, formerly EpiServer CMS, is beneficial.
  • Experience with agile frameworks and agile software development.
  • Fluent written and spoken English is required; fluent Swedish is beneficial.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, leadership, motivation, and innovation-oriented capabilities.
