Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning solutions for complex business challenges.
- Build AI-powered products and optimize machine learning models for production.
- Work with scalable AI architectures, model optimization, and deep learning frameworks.
- Bridge AI research and production deployment while contributing to AI engineering best practices and research.
- Collaborate with BCG colleagues and clients on consulting projects across industries.
Requirements
- Be a penultimate or final-year undergraduate or postgraduate student, or have already graduated, in AI Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Have strong programming skills in Python and experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Demonstrate proficiency in deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
- Have no more than 1–3 years of work experience, including relevant internships, research projects, or technical roles.
- Experience with scalable AI systems, model deployment, and cloud platforms is a plus.
- Participation in AI hackathons, Kaggle competitions, open-source projects, or AI-related research is encouraged.
- Applicants must have Australian or New Zealand citizenship or Australian permanent residency.
