Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable full-stack applications using React or Angular, .NET, microservices, and cloud-native technologies.
- Define software architecture standards, mentor development teams, promote engineering best practices, and lead AI-assisted software engineering adoption.
- Design secure, reliable, and highly available industrial software solutions integrating enterprise applications with automation platforms, REST APIs, WebSockets, and cloud technologies.
- Collaborate with architects, product managers, and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver complex solutions, reduce technical debt, improve performance, and ensure predictable releases.
Requirements
- 12+ years of full-stack software development experience with strong expertise in .NET, C#, ASP.NET Core, React or Angular, and enterprise-scale applications.
- Experience designing microservices architectures, RESTful APIs, distributed systems, and cloud-native applications.
- Knowledge of SQL Server, PostgreSQL or NoSQL databases, backend frameworks, ORM technologies, and frontend state management.
- Experience with Azure or AWS, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes or K3s, DevOps practices, and software security standards.
- Preferred understanding of OPC UA, MQTT, SCADA, MES, IoT platforms, and IT/OT integration.
- Demonstrated technical leadership, mentoring, architecture decision-making, engineering standards definition, and delivery of complex enterprise software.
- BE, BTech, ME, or MTech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related engineering discipline.
