Responsibilities
- Design, plan, and execute QA test plans and test cases for complex web applications.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated end-to-end, regression, and sanity tests.
- Identify gaps in automation coverage and perform thorough manual testing.
- Investigate, reproduce, and help troubleshoot product quality issues.
- Collaborate with Product, Development, and cross-functional teams to support high-quality, timely releases.
- Review and validate product functionality before production releases.
- Verify software updates, bug fixes, and patches for quality and stability.
Requirements
- 4+ years of QA experience in automation and manual testing, including 2+ years of manual testing of complex web applications across multiple platforms for customer-facing products.
- Hands-on experience writing automated tests in Testim.io and Playwright.
- Experience testing APIs and creating or running API automation tests using code or tools such as Postman.
- Familiarity with QA methodologies and writing test documentation.
- Experience with DevTools, including Console and Network.
- Experience with SQL databases.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and the client-server model.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving abilities, debugging skills, and excellent English communication.
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
