Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain core cloud infrastructure focused on availability, latency, performance, and capacity.
- Develop testable and secure infrastructure-as-software code.
- Identify and resolve scalability and performance issues.
- Embed with engineering teams to support production excellence and advocate for operational best practices.
- Collaborate across disciplines on service design, deployment, operation, and optimization.
- Debug production issues across services and stack levels.
- Participate in incident response, blameless postmortems, and on-call rotations.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in site reliability engineering.
- Familiarity with the container ecosystem, AI landscape, cloud infrastructure, build systems, and CI/CD tools.
- Comfort taking ownership of complex systems challenges and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Ability to work as a generalizing specialist in a multidisciplinary, balanced team.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and empathy skills.
