Base Salary
$150k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver core components of a modular, extensible cloud platform.
- Own features end-to-end from concept through launch.
- Independently drive requirements and remain accountable for delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
- Own the reliability, scalability, maintainability, and performance of critical production systems.
- Build high-performance production systems for real-time applications across energy, IoT, telematics, and AI.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience contributing to a software engineering team.
- BS, MS, or PhD in computer science, a scientific field, or engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and interest in solving difficult technical problems.
- Interest in continued technical and non-technical learning and growth.
- Preferred: experience with cloud, infrastructure-as-code, and infrastructure tooling, preferably AWS.
- Preferred: experience with Docker and containerized applications.
- Preferred: experience with near-real-time or real-time analytics and time-series databases.
- Preferred: proficiency in C#.
