Responsibilities
- Support the development and enhancement of digital and AI-based solutions.
- Assist with testing, deployment, and implementation at project or site locations.
- Support project planning, progress tracking, documentation, reporting, and coordination.
- Coordinate with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders.
- Identify issues, track action items, and follow up on resolutions.
- Prepare project updates, reports, presentations, and related documentation.
- Support user acceptance testing, training, deployment, and continuous improvement activities.
