Responsibilities
- Lead large initiatives from concept to production.
- Architect and launch scalable solutions for review flows and platform integrations.
- Collaborate with leadership to shape the technical roadmap.
- Establish engineering best practices and coding standards.
- Build reliable backend systems that scale with user growth.
Requirements
- 3–7+ years of engineering experience, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Proven ability to design and build large-scale systems.
- Proficiency in backend server languages such as Go, Ruby, Java, or Kotlin.
- Experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
- Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases.
- Excellent technical leadership and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
