Responsibilities
- Lead large initiatives from planning through production by translating complex requirements into execution plans.
- Architect and launch scalable solutions for review flows, data provision, and platform integrations.
- Collaborate with leadership on product roadmap and technical direction.
- Establish engineering best practices for reviews, coding standards, and team insights.
- Build efficient and reliable backend systems that scale with the user base.
Requirements
- 3–7+ years of engineering experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth company.
- Proven ability to design and build large-scale systems.
- Proficiency in backend server languages such as Go, Ruby, Java, or Kotlin.
- Experience with modern JavaScript or TypeScript frameworks.
- Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases.
- Strong technical leadership and collaborative skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
